The scarecrow activity has begun!
We've already seen a scarecrow above the entrance to the flats opposite the Swan, and also one in the front garden of the white house on the right just down on the way to Ford from the village centre. Watch out for many more of them over the next few days pending the Scarecrow Judging on Friday of this week (8 July) by our MP, Mrs Natascha Engel. We understand that the children of the village school have built as many as 19!
Addendum (4 July 11:30am). They're all over the place now! We'll publish a list of locations shortly.
